Our family owns a farm in the Umbrian green hills where we have been producing extra virgin olive oil for over 80 years.
We are the fourth generation of Cervigni passionately keeping alive this family tradition. With time, hard work and studies we believe we obtained a great quality product.
GranOlio Fantastico
GranOlio Fantastico is a blend of four olive varieties: Frantoio, San Felice, Moraiolo and Leccino. Our olives were collected from the trees in October 2022, at the end of an exceptional year. To keep intact its quality we brought the olives to the mill within 8 hours from their harvest.
GranOlio Fantastico has an intense fruity taste with a delightful spicy hint, combined with fresh grass, green tomatoes and walnut husk.
