Our family owns a farm in the Umbrian green hills where we have been producing extra virgin olive oil for over 80 years.
We are the fourth generation of Cervigni passionately keeping alive this family tradition. With time, hard work and studies we believe we obtained a great quality product.
GranOlio is a blend of four olive varieties: Frantoio, San Felice, Moraiolo and Leccino. Our olives are collected from the trees at the end of October, where the yield on oil is low but the organoleptic properties are ideal. To keep intact their quality we bring the olives to the press within 12 hours from their harvest.
GranOlio has a ripe fruity taste with a slightly spicy hint, combined with grass, almonds and nuts flavours.
